Specialising in diamond rings, luxury jewellery and watches, we are a small business that thrives on the creativity and knowledge of our team, working in a fun and positive environment.

We are currently looking for a full-time Jewellery Sales Advisor to join our busy team. If you have a natural interest in jewellery and fashion and would love to expand your knowledge of the luxury goods industry while working in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Representing our brand, demonstrating a passion for luxury jewellery and an interest in expanding your knowledge of jewellery and watches.

Learning and confidently sharing your detailed jewellery knowledge with our customers, providing a positive and memorable experience for them.

Demonstrating an interest in learning about diamonds and the diamond industry, and developing the skills and knowledge required for engagement and wedding ring consultations with our customers.

Merchandising the store and maintaining high shop floor standards.

Assisting with processing jewellery repairs and deliveries to our Goldsmiths, Watchmakers and Suppliers.

Organising and storing jewellery. Professionally gift wrapping items.

Being a store ambassador by maintaining a well-presented appearance.

Assisting with the coaching and training of newer members of the team.

ABOUT YOU

Retail sales experience, preferably luxury goods sales experience.

Excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach.

A preference to work in a busy team environment.

A keen interest in jewellery and fashion.
