How much does delivery cost?

Worldwide shipping and €5 delivery in Ireland on all orders.

Ireland: €5

UK: €25

Europe: €35

Rest of the World: €40

How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Ireland: 3–7 working days

UK: 5–9 working days

Europe: 5–9 working days

Rest of the World: 7–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures and seasonal demand.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT and handling charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or delivery costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

As customs policies vary by country, Ryan Thomas cannot estimate or control these charges.

What happens if I refuse customs charges?

If customs duties, taxes or import charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return delivery costs, customs charges or related fees incurred will be deducted from any refund issued.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

If you have not received tracking details within the expected dispatch timeframe, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. Orders can be collected from our store in Clonmel. Simply select the collection option at checkout and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your purchase.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We will do our best to accommodate delivery address changes before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to amend the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes are required.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Every Ryan Thomas purchase is presented in our signature Ryan Thomas packaging, designed to reflect the quality and craftsmanship of the piece within. Whether chosen for yourself or as a gift, your jewellery will arrive beautifully presented and ready to be treasured from the moment it is received.

Can delivery times be guaranteed?

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Can my order be delivered in multiple parcels?

Where multiple items are purchased, we reserve the right to dispatch goods in one or more deliveries.
