Can you repair a broken necklace or replace a clasp?
Yes. We offer jewellery repair services, including broken chains, damaged clasps and other necklace repairs. Bring your piece into our Clonmel store and our team can assess it and advise on the best solution.
How should I clean and care for my necklace?
We recommend storing necklaces separately to prevent tangling and scratches. Remove your jewellery before swimming, exercising or using cleaning products, and avoid direct contact with perfume and lotions. Gently clean suitable gold and silver pieces using a soft cloth. Gemstones, pearls and plated finishes may require more specialised care. You're also welcome to bring your jewellery into our store for professional cleaning and advice.
