Whether selecting an engagement ring, wedding ring, watch or a piece to mark a special occasion, our payment plans allow you to begin your purchase with a deposit and complete payment over a timeframe that suits you.

Once the balance has been paid in full, your piece will be available for collection in store or delivery to your chosen address.

How does it work?

  • Step 1:

    Select the piece you wish to purchase.

  • Step 2:

    Pay a minimum deposit of 10%.

  • Step 3:

    Make payments towards the balance over time.

  • Step 4:

    Once paid in full, your piece will be available for collection or delivery.

Payment plans are available across all Ryan Thomas collections, including jewellery, watches, engagement rings, wedding rings, bespoke commissions and special orders.

From gifts and everyday pieces to life's most significant purchases, every piece is eligible for a payment plan.

Is there a fixed payment schedule?

No. Once your deposit has been placed, you can make payments towards the balance over a period of up to six months. There are no fixed monthly instalments, giving you the flexibility to pay in amounts and at intervals that suit you, while completing your purchase within the six month timeframe.

How can I make payments?

Payments can be made in store, by telephone or by arrangement with our team.

When will I receive my piece?

Your piece will be available for collection in store or delivery once the balance has been paid in full.

Can I collect my piece in store?

Yes. Once your payment plan has been completed, you may choose to collect your piece from our Clonmel store or have it delivered.

What happens if I change my mind?

Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.

In many cases, any payments made can be transferred as store credit and used towards another piece of jewellery. Please note that deposits paid on personalised, engraved, bespoke or specially commissioned pieces may be non-refundable and may not be eligible for transfer.
