    Payment Plan

    We are happy to accept deposits and payment in instalments. We do not have a strict payment plan or timeline; once you choose your piece and pay a 10% deposit, we set it aside for you and you are welcome to pay the remaining balance as and when it suits you.

    How does it work?

      Choose your piece and pay a 10% deposit.

    • Step 2:

      Pay the remaining balance as and when you choose.

    • Step 3:

      Receive your piece by collection or delivery once payment is complete.

    Can I pay for engagement and wedding rings through instalments?

    Yes, you can pay for engagement and wedding rings through instalments. Once you choose your ring and pay a 10% deposit, we set it aside for you and you are welcome to pay the remaining balance as and when it suits you.

    Is there a minimum order value for payment in instalments?

    No, we do not have a minimum order value for payment in instalments. You are welcome to pay in instalments for any Ryan Thomas piece.

    What happens if there is a price change to my piece while I am in the middle of paying in instalments?

    If there is a price change to your piece in the middle of your payments, the price of your payment plan remains the same.

    Can the payment plan be done online or is it only in store?
