What is your returns policy?
Ryan Thomas accepts returns and exchanges within 28 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and returned with all tags attached and seals intact where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Who pays for return delivery costs?
Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service where appropriate, as Ryan Thomas cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Do I need proof of purchase?
Yes. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items have been received, inspected and approved.
Please allow up to 7–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Can I exchange an item instead of receiving a refund?
Yes. Subject to availability, we are happy to exchange eligible items within 28 days of purchase. If there is a difference in value between the original item and the replacement item, any balance will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Can I return an engraved item?
No. Engraved items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Can I return a personalised, customised or bespoke item?
As personalised, customised and bespoke pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty. If you have any questions before placing your order, our team will be happy to assist.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. If you are returning a gift, please let us know when making your return request and we will be happy to assist.
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
Our team will review the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.
What if my item develops a fault?
If you believe your item has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible. A product will generally be considered faulty if:
• It arrives damaged.
• It develops a manufacturing fault under normal wear within six months of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, neglect or damage resulting from everyday use are not considered faults.
What if my jewellery requires repair outside of the returns period?
Many items can be repaired even when they are no longer covered by our returns policy.

Why might the product look slightly different in person?
We make every effort to accurately display product colours, finishes and materials.
However, colours may vary slightly between screens, devices and browsers. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your device will exactly match the product received.
Natural gemstones, diamonds and pearls may also vary slightly in colour, pattern and appearance, making each piece unique.
Can Ryan Thomas refuse a return?
We reserve the right to refuse returns where items are not returned in their original condition, where tags or seals have been removed, or where repeated or excessive returns indicate misuse of our returns policy.
